Our promise

Digital products can't be returned, so most sales are final. But we want you to be treated fairly. If something is wrong, tell us.

When we give a refund

You can ask for a refund within 7 days of buying if:

The files are broken or won't open, and we can't fix it
The product is very different from its description
You were charged twice for the same product

When we don't

You changed your mind after you downloaded or opened the product
You didn't use the product
Your results were different from what you hoped

How to ask

Email theoneshotdigital@gmail.com with the email you used to buy, the product name, and what went wrong. We reply within 3 working days.

How you get your money

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. Your bank may take a little longer. After a refund, your access to the product ends.
